Prizes from The Pastel Society Annual Exhibition were awarded at the Private View held at Mall Galleries on Tuesday 4 February in front of a packed Main Gallery. The exhibition was opened by Paul Martin, Antique Dealer and Presenter of BBC's Flog It and Make Me a Dealer

Seascapes of the Soul – Unleashed

Pastel drawing on paper completed after an inspiring trip to St. Ives in February 2019. The drawing captures the energy and emotion felt as I watched the spring tides crash on the sand over a period of days.

Wheels of the Roving Café

Miniature pastel scene from the now-closed Nomadic Gardens of Shoreditch. Home to graffiti mural and sculptor artists, the garden was also home to The Roving Cafe and its automobile.


West Design - Faber Castell Award
