Royal Institute of Oil Painters: Art Moves of Chelsea will be in Bristol on Friday 10 November, 12 noon to 2pm, outside Victoria Methodist Church, 1A Whiteladies Road BS8 1NU to receive ROI submissions.

Bristol collections are at the artist’s expense. Art Moves of Chelsea have a limit for works of 2 metres for paintings on the longest side.
