Bio

Collected by the Prince of Wales, Neale is a classical painter of high quality.  Neale exhibits regularly with the NEAC and he shows at Panter and Hall, and the Russell Gallery. His work is also selected for the BP Portrait Award at the National Portrait Gallery.
