Nick is a member of The London Sketch Club, indeed the Camberwell habit of using one's sketchbook daily is still maintained. He now lives in Rochester where he has a studio opening into the garden which together with walking and looking at people and places both here and abroad are very inspirational to his work.
Born in Leicestershire and brought up in London.
Nick studied at Camberwell School of Art in the sixties when he was lucky enough to have Christopher Chamberlain, Dick Lee and Michael Rothenstein as tutors to name just a few.
Nick was elected a member of the Royal Society of British Artists in 2001. In 2017, Nick was elected President of the Royal Society of British Artists.
