Do you know what ‘success’ means to you in your artistic career, or are you working to someone else’s definition? Are you choosing where you will be in 5 years or allowing yourself to drift and hope for the best?

Do you have good intentions, but get in your own way with unhelpful mindsets?

In this participatory workshop, creative coach and author Deborah Henry-Pollard will shine a light on many of these issues that young artists face, including

  • How creating your 5 year vision motivates your creative career
  • Troubleshooting stumbling blocks which could get in your way
  • Identifying your key milestones to kickstart you into 2020

You will begin the year with a vision for your future; key goals and first actions for 2020; and a toolbox of exercises to help you keep on track.
