Painting and drawing in St James's Park with Ruth Stage NEAC

Spend a day with Ruth looking at and recording the array of exotic planting schemes in St James's Park. Ruth's own work focuses on the natural rhythms and patterns of nature and will offer insightful and practical advice. This event is suitable for all levels and will be of particular interest to those who like to work from nature.

Ruth Stage NEAC works almost exclusively in egg tempera on gesso board. Her work is predominantly landscape-based where the play of light and nature's natural rhythms and patterns are recurring pictorial themes. Her work is widely collected and she has received many prizes including the 2013 Lynn Painter-Stainers' First Prize. She is a graduate of the Royal Academy Schools.
