Visit to Churchill War Rooms
Churchill War Rooms Director, Phil Reed OBE, leads a Private tour of the Cabinet Rooms.
Between 1939 and 1945, the Churchill War Rooms existed as a secret shelter for the Prime Minister and the cabinet to control the plotting and planning of the Second World War. They moved into the bunker just one week before declaring war on Germany. Phil Reed OBE is providing a private tour of these rooms for our Patrons, giving behind the scenes access and personal talk.
Learn about the conversations between Churchill and Roosevelt in the Transatlantic Telephone room, see the famous Map Room and walk through the maze of secret passages that used to buzz with political activity.
FREE to Patrons plus one Guest (NOTE: Numbers are limited, places will be allocated on RSVP).
To book your place please RSVP to Ann Hopkins on firstname.lastname@example.org
