Dachan, a contemporary artist who works and lives in Beijing, fell in love with poetry, calligraphy and painting at an early age. This retrospective of Dachan’s works includes his painting, lotus ink wash and calligraphy from the last ten years.

Dachan is also a Buddhist Monk and believes in moral self-cultivation through calligraphy and painting. He hopes that the vitality of his work  with lead viewers to have a positive and joyous outlook on life.

Dachan is taking his exhibition around the world to connect with people who share the same values so that 'together we may spread the essence and beauty of both Eastern and Western culture throughout the world and make a significant contribution to the development of human civilization'.
