Literality is one of the strong characteristics of the character depicted under the two objects in this piece. Glass, at once permeable, fragile and restrictive, pierces the skin of the leg that penetrates the body of the water. These forms, embodied on paper through the application of soft pastel, stand so close to each other yet divided into an unholy triad.
Restriction and release, fluorescence and filminess, manifest themselves on the body of the character, who is folded onto herself yet not limiting her gaze to a narcissistic loop but an unknown creature of the water.
