Kenneth Denton paints landscapes and marine art. He focuses on light and weather conditions in all seasons and times of day and night.
Kenneth uses oils and paint on panels, with both brushes and a palette knife. He works on more than one work at a time but occasionally he also devotes all his time to a single work. He works from life and photographs, and works directly with paints, but sometimes makes preparatory sketches.

Kenneth's subject matter is broad in scope, ranging from landscape and marine paintings to barges and sailing ships. He works exclusively in oil, primarily from photographs that he captures himself. Kenneth is open to reproducing one of his previous paintings, but cannot guarantee that it will be exactly the same. Commissions normally take a minimum of six weeks to be completed.
