Arthur Neal NEAC
Contact Me
Arthur works somewhere between a figurative and a semi-abstract world. He engages with the formal problems that arise in the process of looking, in its broad sense, to attempt to make something that is a coherent painting.
Arthur's method of working is prolonged, procrastinated messy chaos, ocasionally organised chaos.
