Artist Demo | Natalia Avdeeva

Plein air painter, Natalia Avdeeva ROI, will be sharing her experience of painting a sunrise over the iconic Albert Bridge.

She will demonstrate her painting techniques, including how to mix an early morning palette, then how to start and finish the painting.

About the Artist

Natalia Avdeeva is a London-based Siberian British artist. She is a member of the Royal Institute of Oil Painters (ROI) and the recipient of British awards and prizes including the Winsor and Newton Young Artist Award (2011) and the Royal Society of Marine Artists Young Artist Award (2016).

She is known for powerful landscapes with vast skies and affecting vistas. Each is a piece unique, created en plein air or in the studio.

Natalia describes her sense of being “in dialogue with the natural world, with the air, the sky.”
